We had a pleasant stay. Located in a calm neighbourhood. The breakfast was good, not to be missed...

The apartment was spacious and included a small kitchen, and they offered complimentary breakfast for all guests.

The breakfast is very good, but only four types can select. So if live few days, you must eat same food every morning. There's a private swimming pool, very good. The room is not very clean, need update. The boss and his empolyee is very good. Even the hotel is far from Ubud, but the hotel provide car can send you to Ubud. Very good!!!

I found both the accommodation and the staff first class in every way. I enjoyed my time there immensley. I liked the privacy of our villa and also the spaciousness.The staff were very courteous and extremely helpful.I would recommend this to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday.

Relaxing n privacy. The towels could have been cleaner. Staff are polite and helpful. Hotel far from town but free transport are readily available. Room is decent enough for the price. Breakfast ok but lack variety.

Good price/quality. A scooter/transportation is necessary to reach the Ubud city center but when in the hotel, we were in a quiet place fare from the turist

It could be cleaner.

The staff was amazingly helpful, breakfasts were hug. The villa reflected the expectations we had from the photos on Booked.net and their own website. It's a real value for money, in spite of the distance from Ubud. Their shuttle service to/from the town is very convenient and they do it upon request till midnight. I would also recommend the bike tours (which seem to be very popular at the moment and thus became a little bit too "commercial")… groups are small (10-12 ppl) but you'll find 4-5 groups doing the same tour together.

Rooms are clean but still there are some problems with those tiny little ants (that decided to take a tour into my luggage..)

The villa are spacious both inside and outside. There is a small kitchen area. The place is a bit far from the center of Ubud (9km) but it is easy to reach, for example by renting a motorbike. Hotel staff is very helpful and nice. Value for money is indeed very good.

There is room for improvement regarding breakfast : toasting bread just before serving and real coffee (instead of instant) would be appreciated. But we bought some additional food and since there is a small kitchen, after they served breakfast in the villa, we could prepare our favorite breakfast.

All staff really kind and ready to solve your problem.Breackfast is good and served in your own swimming pool.somebody wrote that it's far from Ubud,but not true and when you desire there is a driver ready to take you there.For me is better quite outside because Ubud is really busy.

The staff were so polite and helpful. They provide free shuttle to Ubud centre.

The quality of the Villa was not as good as the photos but it is acceptable. It is in Ubud area which is far away from the beach, more than one hour. If you think to be next to Bali beaches, I strongly suggest you to not book it.
